Micheal Jackson real name was Micheal Joseph Jackson. He was born on the 29th of August 1958 in Gary, Indiana. He had nine siblings and he was the seventh children in the family. He became very popular with the nicknamed “King of pop”. He became very popular all over the world.

E-World had been hosted by University Malysia Sabah at Chancellor Hall for 3 days from 27/7/09 until 29/7/09. The theme for this year is " Flying Into New Hi-Tech Era 2009". This exhibition is an opportunity for students to buy useful electronics goods especially laptop for the new students.

Here also students can buy the goods in lowest price compare to other time. Some electronics good that received response are printer, ink, earphones and other laptop accessories such as laptop skin, cooling pad and speakers.

I had came there for two days, that are at 27/07/09 and 28/07/09. Every time I came, the Chansellor Hall was full with students and also outsiders. This exhibiton was available from early in the morning until night about 8pm.Many electronics companies come here such as Digitalwise Sdn. Bhd. and PC City Sdn. Bhd.

My friends and I had took some pictures during our tour around the Chansellor Hall that I want to share with readers. Apart from that, there were also robot exhibition and also game tournaments.

Higher Education Issue

One issue that made current students worried about themselves is the issues of unemployed graduate students. Unemployed graduate student is not a new issues but it still become the hottest issue.

As undergraduate student, I am also had think about this matter. What I am going to do after graduate? I wonder if I will get a job after graduate. I have to accept the fact that higher education is no longer a symbol of career success. Having a scroll means nothing. Experiences become the main aspect for hiring someone. I do not have any working experiences before.



There are five reasons of unemployed graduate; economy, quality of education, choosy jobseekers, lack of guidance and choosy employer. The impact of economy on this matter is very clear because employer tried to reduce the number of staff they had to save budgets on salary.
The quality of education is decreasing? How am I going to know whether the quality of education is getting down? But now, it seemed to be easy for certain students to get excellent result. But there are still some students are being kicked from the university because of their result. Then, are we guarantee that the excellent students will get job?

Some graduate students are very choosy and do not apply for the job that can be say not the same level as their standard. In term of lack of guidance, the work is absolutely different from the study. Students did not expose to the real work situation during their study.How am fresh graduate get job while the employers put the work experiences as their condition? Some employers even stated the minimum work experiences year as the condition to get the job.

I am really sure that current students all over the world also concerned about their future after graduate.

Skills(programming) and Talents

Talking about my skills in programming and talents..................

First, I want to share my programming skills. Programming areas are wide, including C, C++, PHP,Java, Visual Basics and so on. Then it is too hard to define my skills level in programming. But honestly, I had learned C, C++, Java and using wampserver. So better I used my grades to describe my skill on these programming languages.



Programming in C --> C-
Data Structures using C++ --> D+
Java (Object-Oriented Programming Language) --> B-
Database using PHP --> C+

My estimation of my own programming skill’s level is low. I have reasons for this. First, learning programming is long term learning. In other words, I have to practice using the programming languages. If not I will forget everything. Every time I stopped using it and then start to use it again, I have to refresh my memory on it by using the books and my last assignments as references.

Second, I just applied the programming languages to finish my labs and assignments that need me to prove that my coding is right. I did not discover the things outside the labs and assignment requirements. I just find the answers that fulfil the requirements only. And then forget about everything.

Now, I want to share my talents. I have talents in other area besides programming. I love to dance. I have talent to dance especially traditional dances. I had involved in dance performance since primary one. Dancing is one way to express my feelings and also to release my stress. My grandma said that I already have the dance talent since I had learned to walk. When listened to the sape ( Iban traditional music) I will dance until the music end.

You have to Loves Maths too!!!!!!

I spent my child time at Pakan. Pakan is a small district town located in between Sarikei, Bintangor and Julau. My first second school after kindergarden is SRK Pakan, about ten minutes walking from my house.

During my earliest study, I am very interested in mathematics. I had discovered that only mathematics had the exact answer but we can used many ways to solved it. Mathematics is all about satisfaction!! I felt very happy,excited and satisfied when I get an answer of mathematics problem, especially when I am the first one that discovered the answer. I still remember that my weaknesses in mathematics during primary school is fractions topic.



Mathematics is to be practise not to memorize!!! From secondary school ( from 1-form 3), I realized that mathematics not started with 0!!! I do not have any idea where number start, of course it is infinity!!! The important evolution ( my experiences) of mathematics that I learned is that the negative numbers also existed. I realized that mathematics is a very wide areas of study, but never tried to find it out!!

Until I entered form 4 ( science class), I had been introduced to additional mathematics. Which mean that mathematics area are really big!! Additional mathematics is very new to me (it is not about number anymore) and I found that it is very difficult. My first additional mathematics exam , I only got 11/100!!! Sadly, I become less interested in maths anymore.Suprisingly, my teacher, Mr Wong became strict after the first exam ( all of my classmates failed) had made me want to learn loving additional mathematics. I am not saying that I already expert in it but to get an A for additional mathematic is my highest satisfaction!!!

Now, I really want to shared my experiences of mathematics with students ( if possible primary students because we must start from the root). But I do not have the opportunity to do so. Hopefully, I can be a mathematics teacher in the future!!!
